While some in the assisted living industry struggled this year, there were others who thrived and even flourished. They have handled the pandemic, and other distractions, with grace and determination.

I have spoken with several of these successful residential assisted living owners and one of the things they all have in common is that they never stopped creating their future. Regulators, the pandemic, lock-downs…these were insufficient to knock them off their path.
They didn’t wait for the pandemic to end or pin their hopes on a taxpayer funded economic rescue.
Despite the many opportunities for distraction, these successful individuals didn’t wait to see what the future might hold for them. They never stopped creating their future.
