Meet Eddy McCracken
With 15 years of real estate investment experience, Eddy is a specialist in property management and residential rehabbing. Formerly a full-time teacher, while also owning and managing 25 single-family rental homes, Eddy has seen it all in the real estate business.
Working full-time while managing so many properties made it difficult to spend the kind of time he wanted to spend with his growing family, and he felt like he was burning the candle at both ends.
But when he learned about RAL, the cash flow potential, and the opportunity to do some real good with his investment, he was all in. “Life has completely changed for the better since my first home opened up and is now thriving.” His 16-bed RAL home is doing incredibly well and he has a second home that is about to open in February.
Now Eddy works with the RAL Academy as a Student Success Support and uses his wealth of knowledge to help others fast-track their RAL success. Eddy’s advice for those just starting out in this industry is, “There’s a lot to learn. You have to jump in and go for it. In the beginning, it’s going to feel like a fire hose of information coming at you and there are going to be obstacles, but with the help of the RALA team you can overcome them all.”
