Meet Abby Corwin
Abby is our Student Support Manager at the RAL Academy. She oversees our team of professionals and specialists who help our students get to the next level with their RAL business plans. After graduating from Arizona State University with a degree in elementary education, she went on to teach for 10 years, before turning her skills and expertise to the residential assisted living industry.
She is an integral part of the RALA team and brings her organizational capabilities, leadership, and positivity to support RALA students and help them achieve success. She loves playing a role in that success and being able to see the impact that RALA students are having on their communities and the quality service they provide to seniors.
Fun fact, Abby is a twin, and she grew up in Arizona with her four sisters. Her husband, Rob, is our Chief Marketing Officer, and they have four wonderful children. She loves spending time with her family, traveling (especially to Disneyland), and drinking coffee. She also loves fitness, rowing with Rob, and participating with her family in Spartan Races.
Her favorite part of working in the residential assisted living space is “seeing the positive impact becoming part of the industry has on people and how much it can bless and transform people’s lives.”
Her advice to people just starting out in the RAL industry is to not get overwhelmed with the process of building your first RAL business and to just keep taking it one step at a time.
