Meet Tess Donovan
Tess may be the youngest member of our team, but her passion, organization, and work ethic make her an incredible asset to the RAL Academy team. She has always been an entrepreneur at heart. With a strong drive to succeed and an eye for innovation, she has achieved more than most people her age.
Tess works in our operations department as well as being RALA’s event planner, where her diligence, excellent organizational skills, and willingness to step up and handle any task are regularly on display.
Outside of work, she is a physical trainer. “Feeling strong and healthy is the foundation that the rest of my life stands upon, so I never miss a workout and love supporting others in their fitness endeavors.” She loves to stay active and creative. Whether it’s working out, painting, baking, cooking, or trying new things, she is always on the go, eager to explore and learn.
Her advice to those just starting out in the RAL industry is, “Don’t let fear hold you back. You were called to this business for a reason, and fear is just an indicator that you’re facing something that’s going to change your life. Embrace every aspect of the journey and keep moving forward. The world needs YOU!”
