Meet Blair Perri
A graduate of Northern Arizona University with a major in Hospitality and a minor in Human Resources, Blair is the Director of Human Resources here at the RAL Academy. His passion for engaging with people, helping them solve problems, and creating opportunities for them to excel makes him an excellent addition to our team. He is happily married and living in Denver with his two dogs, and when he is not at work you will often find him enjoying the outdoors.
Whether it’s walking around downtown or being up in the mountains, he finds that spending time outside really grounds him and allows him to think clearly. Some of his favorite hobbies include skiing, traveling, and watching movies.
Blair jumps at opportunities to get outside of his comfort zone, and finds that doing this is a great way to continue growing and learning, both at work and in his personal life.
He values a positive mentality, treating others the way he would want to be treated, and taking every opportunity to help others when they need it.
Blair finds that it is an incredibly rewarding experience to help people grow and discover their passions.
“What I love most is that I get to help our contractors grow with the company and within their overall careers. I also love that RAL does incredible things for people, which resonates with my HR heart.”
His advice for people just starting out in the RAL industry… “Remain focused on the end goal, and do not give up when faced with challenges. It won’t always be easy, but the road traveled is well worth it. Be patient and remember that when you reach your goals it will be truly rewarding.”
