Meet Tyler Reiser
Tyler is the Director of Revenue here at the RAL Academy, and a licensed real estate agent and investor in San Antonio, Texas. He attended the University of Texas at San Antonio and graduated from the University of Louisville with a degree in Marketing and Entrepreneurship.
In addition to his numerous responsibilities on the RALA team, Tyler is also a certified Residential Assisted Living Specialist, who assists buyers in the state of Texas with finding the best RAL deals.
Growing up in a military family, Tyler understands the moving process and how important it is to make every new transition as smooth as possible. As a child, he enjoyed visiting assisted living facilities to meet seniors and hear their stories.
At the age of 18, Tyler founded his first mobile marketing company, and he is currently the co-founder of an aerial marketing media company that markets listings through unique aerial perspectives.
Tyler enjoys spending as much time as he can at the lake, wakeboarding, and enjoying the outdoors with his wife Tiffany and their golden doodle Winston.
He is an incredible asset to our organization and takes great pride in developing his team to be more confident, compassionate, and driven. He loves to connect with current and future RAL Academy students about their goals, and help set them up for success.
He is continually motivated by the opportunity to make the biggest impact on our most underserved, and highly valued population, seniors.
Tyler credits his mentors, Gene and Emmanuel Guarino, who have been the most influential people in his development. “They have taught me a lot of the fundamental characteristics of success. Without them, I would not be where I am today. They changed the trajectory of my entire life.”
Tyler’s advice for people just starting out in the RAL industry is, “Take notes and learn from the experts. One mistake can cost you 10x the cost of proper training. This industry isn’t trivial; it’s for professionals who want to make a massive impact.”
