Meet Antonio Guarino
A graduate of Northern Arizona University with a degree in biology, minoring in chemistry, Antonio has a passion for all things relating to math and science. He is the Director of Finance here at the RAL Academy, and he also coaches high school volleyball.
He is an asset to the leadership team and plays a pivotal role in managing the many budgets and assets of the Impact Housing Group.
Antonio is the youngest of Gene’s sons, and he is proud to work alongside his siblings, continuing the legacy that his father built with the RAL Academy.
He finds inspiration in the details, and his eye for accuracy helps him identify solutions that lead to growth in each department of our organization. He loves interacting with our students and being part of their journey toward independence and building a legacy that they can pass on to their children.
Dedication, integrity, and kindness have been the hallmarks of his career, and he is driven by his desire to see that our nation’s seniors are being taken care of in the best way possible. While many look at the impending silver tsunami of seniors about to hit the shores of America with trepidation, Antonio sees the possibility of helping even more seniors live their best lives during their twilight years.
In his free time, Antonio enjoys working on his green thumb, hiking, watching scary movies, and spending time with his adorable pug named Pono.
Antonio’s advice for anyone starting out in the RAL industry is to simply put one foot in front of the other. Starting a RAL business is a process. It begins with your big “Why”, passion, and support from the greatest team in the industry.
