Meet Krista Salari
Krista is our Director of Operations here at the RAL Academy. Born in California, but raised in sunny Arizona, she grew up with an eagerness to pursue education and business. She has a Master’s Degree in International Business from the Thunderbird School of Global Management and a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing from Arizona State University’s WP Carey School of Business.
Her career path has involved commercial real estate brokerage and management at numerous small businesses. She has experience developing marketing strategies, expanding revenue streams through online sales platforms, social media development, and stimulating workplace growth and efficiency.
During her time in management, she found a love for customer service and making people feel happy. Her ability to provide customer solutions while facilitating workplace unity makes her a great addition to our team.
In her free time, she reads a lot of books and listens to podcasts that focus on personal growth, how to be a great leader in the workplace and overall mental health.
Family means everything to Krista. She has a passion for fitness, loves to weight lift, and attends all the spin classes she can.
When asked what she likes most about working in the RAL industry, she replied, “The residential assisted living industry is truly life-changing for our seniors. Our niche market creates legacies and freedom for a lot of entrepreneurs, business owners, and caregivers. We are extremely passionate about creating a ‘home-like’ environment where people feel comfortable placing their family members in the care of our homes.”
Regarding her perspective on working at the RAL Academy, she explains, “I work with the most incredible people, and every chance I get to speak with them brings me energy, light, and happiness.”
